Returns & Refunds

Because we sell skincare, wellness, and cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This is a strict hygiene and safety standard: once a sealed cosmetic or consumable product has shipped, it can't be resold or returned.

When we replace an item

We gladly replace your order in two cases only:

  • It arrived damaged — broken bottle, leakage, or a broken seal in transit.
  • You received the wrong item — a different or missing product from your order.

How to request a replacement

Email us at hello@shakhrizada.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A short description

Once verified, we'll send a free replacement at no extra cost — there's no need to ship the original back. Requests made more than 48 hours after delivery cannot be honored.

Non-returnable items

  • Any opened or used skincare, cosmetic, or supplement product
  • Items with broken or missing safety seals
  • Gift cards and final-sale items

Refunds

If a replacement isn't possible (for example, an item is out of stock), we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically post within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
