We currently offer one reliable shipping option within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors.
Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order. Orders over $60 ship free.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at within 48 hours of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge. If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first; if it still hasn't appeared after 7 days, contact us and we'll help open an investigation with the carrier.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
